Flooding is still with us and we keep getting more rain.
The West side of the Point is open to putting your boats in
but the east side for the state launch remains closed. Just needs a little shoring up. Will keep you posted on that end.
At the bridges things are a big mess but they are still trying to rent a few boats, mainly kyaks.
Fishing has been good in spots but not consistant. The fish are as confused as we are.
At the point they have been getting bass and pike and lots of good sized perch.
Up on lake alice they are getting crapies and bluegill and bass.
All the live baits are being used along with small stick baits and rubber baits. Also all kinds of jigs.
Again please watch your wake and look out for any debris.

Hours are 8-8 every day.
bait machine is up and running. we have Leeches, night crawlers and
minnows in the machine and wax worms, red worms, spikes, egg sacs and
salted minnows inside.
